First, they sent me a get-well card when I was sick. Today, I walked in without an appointment, and before we even officially introduced ourselves, she looked at my car title and recognized me right away—"Yes, you're Adrienne!"
She walked me in, pulled up a chair, and set me up with a colleague who was just as wonderful. They don't just insure you here; they genuinely know and care about their clients. When I asked an employee if she liked working there, she said, "He takes good care of us." It shows! When leadership cares for the team, the team naturally takes amazing care of the clients.
