"Madyson Barnes was super friendly and answered all my questions. She was upfront and honest about everything. Nothing was hidden. I would for sure want to work with her again. This is my first time with State Farm. Only thing I don't like, is auto insurance is every 6 months instead of a yr and you don't get a discount for paying it all upfront. But both of those things were out of her control. So would recommend."

"This office haas great people! I’ve been with State Farm a long time and been pretty happy, but several years ago my old State Farm agent really started falling short of expectations. I did some research and found that the Wesley Renew Start Farm office had the best reviews in my area. "I was a State Farm customer for over 15 years. I paid my premiums faithfully and never shopped around—even when my rates increased—because I believed loyalty mattered. After three separate hail storms came through our neighborhood, nearly every home in our cul-de-sac had their roof replaced due to hail damage. Mine was the only one that did not. I had multiple reputable roofing companies inspect the damage, and they all told me the same thing: the roof showed clear signs of hail damage. Unfortunately, they also warned me that getting State Farm to approve a claim can be extremely difficult. What shocked me most was the explanation I received from the adjuster. I was told the reason my roof was not covered was because of the position of my home in the cul-de-sac, suggesting it somehow avoided the same hail impact as the surrounding homes. This explanation is hard to believe, especially considering I work at a dealership just two blocks away where millions of dollars of vehicles suffered significant hail damage during the same storms. To make matters worse, after filing my claim, State Farm contacted me and cancelled my policy. After more than 15 years of loyalty and never filing major claims, I was dropped as a customer. My experience left me feeling that loyalty counted for very little when I finally needed the coverage I had been paying for all those years."

She helped me remove one vehicle from my policy and add a new one, and she made the entire process incredibly simple and stress-free.
